Warning after transfer of website to production server

Hi,

I  am in the process of transferring a website using your theme to Godaddy.

I get this warning on the top of the admin panel:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in …/public_html/wp-content/themes/kleo/lib/theme-functions.php on line 2424

and on the front  end when I am using the Gallery widget

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in …/public_html/wp-content/themes/kleo/lib/theme-functions.php on line 2424

Updated the template to the current release and did set the memory_limit to 128M.

I don’t have this problem on my Hostgator development server.

Please advise.
