Warning Received on “Sign Up Complete!” page

Hello,

When a user successfully registers for the site, and recieves the “Sign Up Complete!” message, there is an error that displays below the message. Here is the error:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/swiftbus/public_html/bodymixer.com/wp-content/themes/sweetdate/header.php:12) in /home/swiftbus/public_html/bodymixer.com/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1179

Any idea what might be causing it?

Okay that worked, but wondering why it happened in the first place? I use Sweet Date in other websites and don’t have this issue.
