Way to add forms with check-boxes

Is there a way to add forms with check-box options using Kleo and Visual Composer?

Hello, bp search is something but its for buddypress member search, there are many other plugins that are free, just take a look at wordpress repository 🙂

Hi Laura, thanks for your suggestion. I have been fiddling about and found a solution I am fairly happy with using Contact Form 7. Easy to set up and works well for what I was after (https://greenscotland.org/plans/). Regards, Adam
