Currently,
the “send message” or “contact teacher” is not working.
Message was sent, but , i didnt see the place that receive the message.
for example,

Swingenglish.com, selece the course>contact course teacher> then “send private message” box come, after writing the message, we see “Your private message has been sent.”, HOWEVER, AFTER THAT WE DONT KOW WHERE IS THE MESSAGE AND WHESE IS SENT TO.
IT IS NOT IN THE MEMBER’S PAGE UNDER THE MESSAGE.INBOX.

1. SO, QUESTION 1, HOW TO CONTACT COURSE TEACHER? TO CONTACT HIM./HER AND SEND MESSAGE? DO THEY RECEIVE MESSAGE THROUGH EMAIL OR ON THE WEBSITE , INBOX UNDER THE MESSAGE?

Hi, you are asking questions on things that aren’t related to our theme directly and more to plugins that you use. Course teachers, etc are not part of KLEO and probably some plugins you use.

If you use the Private message feature from BuddyPress then you will see the messages in your profile – Messages tab
