I have been emailing to get a web fix sorted regarding our site being slow and due to not receiving any response I was wondering if there was an point of contact where I could get some advice on this fix and how quickly it can be sorted!

That helps slightly! Is there any chance we could be in contact about looking further into it? I need our speed on the site to be almost perfect as otherwise it drives people away from our site
