Website Broken

So, I was experiencing blank pages that I had to refresh. So, I deactivated all plugins to determine which one might be causing the issue. And, now, whenever I try to go to any pages except the main page, I get a blank white page except for the header and in the header the menus do not work. Website is basically broken.

Should I load a backup of my website? Or, is there a way to fix this?

Clear any server cache or purge any CDN you may have in place. Enable WP degug; setting display to true to see any generated errors.
