Website format issues – when navigating profiles

Hi Have a some weird issues happening now (with the website format and profile format and page load speed) when I navigate through the profiles and or modify the profiles.
Issues include:
1. profile photos / pictures are not showing correctly – see attached sample
2. format of site (CSS?) changes randomly when navigating website or profiles. (notice Please black-background block above main menu across top with : “Please elect your page and logo” only appears sometimes)
3. Very slow performance on pages

I have tried re-installing website, disabling plugins, upgrading php memory and server memory and still the same problem.

This begin happening after I updated to WordPress 3.9.1 and added a few plugins but i have since removed them.

Hi, sorry for the late reply, Try looking in your browser console since probably some CSS file isn’t loading.

not sure I understand. browser console?
And how do I get all css files to load

normally the all CSS files should load if the theme was installed right and you haven’t added some codes to mess with them. For example in Chrome browser you can hit F12 and you have a console for errors and notices. See if you get anything there

You issues in the member page are probably from the fact you changed something in the templates and has nothing to do with theme functionality
