Website in general very slow

Hello support,

I have a little problem concerning the speed of the website – it needs up to 8 seconds to do everything. If I go to profile, 8 seconds, then to settings, another 8 seconds and so on. Did you hear about this before? Could this be related to the theme? My host says its is not related to them (which I dont intent to take for granted 😀 ). I already replaced the content of a file concerning the admin speed – this topic came across earlier just with the pure admin area. But for me its the whole website.

Command back, there was a useless plugin – removed it, a lot faster now.

Hi,
no problem. It was the google maps lite plugin. Not sure why this had an influence on the whole site (and not sure if it even did), but after removing everything became a lot faster.
