Website not get refreshed instantly after changes

If we change any file using ftp software or even by wordpress editor then changes do not reflect on frontend instantly while they reflect instantly if wordpress admin is logged-In in same browser.

The changes should appear after you refresh the page… sometimes it is needed to clear the cash of your browser.
