Weird alignment with breadcrumbs and page title

I’m having an issue with my page title and breadcrumbs overlapping one another.

I would like to retain the page name with breadcrumbs below it layout, but it always ends up like this.

Moving the breadcrumbs to the right hand side is ok, however, I would prefer to solve this issue and have it remain on the left hand side.

Any solutions on how I can fix this?

This doesnt happen by default, so its not a bug. We need a link to see what’s going on.
