What file do the fonts and custom css load from

I would like to disable the custom font, font color and font size options located in Sweetdate > Styling Options. I would like to set the sizes for the font etc. in the app.css style sheet instead in order to improve load time. Could you direct me to the file that I should modify or suggest a function to add to the functions.php file?
