What file is used to determine the different sidebar widths and #main div id?

Mark as a solutionOctober 10, 2014 at 11:29 #31258MjParticipantOkay, I set up a ‘top banner’ with a Google Adsense advertisement. The advertisement is now showing at the middle of the screen, please check this screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/exxbjhijg6xk4yz/Screenshot%202014-10-10%2010.31.31.png?dl=0
I do like to have this banner centered within the content part, and not centered based on content and sidebar.
