What's New Box

Hi

When I click on My Wall (see screenshot) I am taken to a sub-tab called Wall where a what’s new box appears so I can update my status or write something to my wall. However when I click on the next tab across which is ‘News Feed’ there is no what’s new box so I can’t write anything.

I am using BuddyBoss’s Wall plugin – I have contacted them about this issue and they have told me that it is a theme issue as it works fine for them.

Can you advise please?

Couple of things

1 – Does it work with a different theme active (WP 2014 or WP 2015)?

2 – We cant really help by looking at an image (in this case).

If it does work with WP 2015 then respond privately with a link and admin credentials. If it doesnt work, then its not Kleo related and may be a plugin conflict.

Hmm it doesn’t work with 2014 or 2015. I guess it’s a plugin issue then?

I have also disabled all plugins and it still doesn’t work…

if its not a kleo issue and not a plugin issue, then its a My Wall issue. You can now go back to them and show them its not a theme issue.
