When entering invalid password – 502 error

When entering an invalid password on the front end login (page or modal) a 502 error is given. It redirects to the 502 and does not give the option to re-enter login information.

Hello, please try to deactivate some plugins and try again, and also make sure your permalinks are set to post name at settings > permalinks
