When i press login i don't see the button create new account

When i prees the login button i don’t see the create new account.
I don’t see this page and when i click to join us for free.
I don’t know what i am doing wrong.

I don’t see the button sign up right from the login button.

I think i find the solution it was a click in settings membership anyone can register.
