where can i change the search box (i am a man ..) in another language

where can in change the search box where there is i am a man searching …
i want to translate that into german language. i already have WPML and buddymulti but dont find that

Hello, that is a profile field you need to translate, just go to your admin panel Users > Profile Fields and search for i’m a , then change the name and the options to your liking. Remember that if you delete or want to use another instead of that one, change it too in Sweetdate > Buddypress, and search for “Search Form Customization” “Select Matching Fields” “Gender Field”
