Where do I change the color of menu items?

I’m new to the theme and I have been looking for hours now to change the color of the navigation menu items. I have set the main menu to Transparant so I want the navigation to be white. I went to styling options in the theme options. But even when I change every color of the header section to transparant the navigation still stays dark grey.

 

What am I doing wrong?
