Where is the input box for the ‘quote’ that displays on the buddypress user profile

Hi there,

Sorry about this potentially foolish question – but I cannot find where the quote input box is for the community/network members profile page is located.
I want to edit it/remove it.
Please see in the images attached the quote “hello everybody” from johnathan doe, taken from the theme community demo.

If you can tell me where in the cpanel and where in the code it is located that would be brilliant.
