Where is the option to hide title area on register page.

I thought KLEO had an option to hide the title section on the register page in the theme settings somewhere. Now I can’t find it I looked everywhere is it in another section like buddypress settings?

Bring up the register page in page editor and scroll down to theme general settings > title section.

I figured I could do it that way but I thought there was a setting somewhere for it.
