Wholesale Suite Plugin Order Form Not Displaying

Hello and thanks in advance,

We enjoyed KLEO for our e-commerce site – julieannart.com. We have a wholesale plug-in suite installed – https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/. The particular plugin having issue is called “WooCommerce Wholesale Order Form”. As of the second-to-last update of KLEO, the order form does not appear. The shortcode for it is [wwof_product_listing]

The plugin support rep said “it seems your theme is the one that prevents the shortcode from showing up” Indeed, when I switched the theme to twenty sixteen, the order for re-appeared. See attached images.
