Why are my questions not answered ? I purchased the theme Did I make a mistake?

Many of us are sitting and waiting for a response in order to get on with our projects, and having to wait for several days (or sometimes not getting a response) is not optimal.
I don’t say its fair for us to expect 24 hours perfect service, but I think many more than me are willing to pay a fee in order for you to be able to provide a better and faster service. Perhaps you can hire someone to take care of most of the support?

They do not only give you help for their build in options, but also help you to get the right code if you want to customize your theme. (if your request is not too complicated) i answered 50% of my questions with the search function. ok, and sometimes you have to waaaait patiently until you get your answer 😉
