Why do the audio previews not work with the news element?

Let me know how you have added the player ? provide code, shortcode etc.

In the text area only text will be cuz the content it’s stripped for html tags

I used the option to drop it in with the kleo options further down the screen and yes it is selected to audio. The audio works as a preview when on the blog page but not when I am using the news option.

What’s the shortcode of the player ? maybe it’s striped

I am not sure what you mean about the short code of the player. if you go to the home page and look at releases you can see the blacked out players.

Mosr sure there should be made an intergration between the plugin and our shortcodes this cannot be by our support service because it’s require some dedicated time to acheive that.

This is actually part of your theme features though no? You created the news module correct? The news module has a feature to display the audio so I would assume it would work on the theme? I am sorry but as much as I do ask for tweeks that you cant really do I would still appreciate the website to function. Is this something that you might be communicating with rtmedia? Since you have integrated their service into your theme?

YEs, the module it’s created by us and it works only with youtube,vimeo and default audio player, making this works means integration with the plugin.

Can you provide the plugin to can test it ? and to see if how many time it require this operation

I see, perhaps the wavplayer plugin is what is making it not show up? As far as I can tell I have it set for the default player on the preview. Are you saying you would like the audio plugin I am also using to see if it can work? Because I am trying to display it as the default player, that is why I dont know why it wont work in the news area. 🙂
