Hello, I don’t understand why it is shows again and again 404 page not found message. This is happened 3rd time. I have page privacy policy, blog, term and condition pages so they were working fine until yesterday but today i clicked on those pages it shows me 404 page not found message. I even didn’t do anything extra or didn’t try anything to do in admin panel. I don’t understand that why it is happening again and again. So it happened before two times then i have to contact hosting company to restore my site on particular date.Right now i don’t have any new users but once people will start using site and will pay money for membership then i can’t even restore it otherwise will delete everything. So can you please reply me with the reason and solution for it so what i can do if this happen again ? how can i fix it without restoring my site? Why it does shows that error ?

please reply all answer of my question in detail. may be when time you will my site you will not see that 404 page error because i just restore my site from hosting company

    Thank you

    Hi,

Do you have the latest version of WordPress ? If not update those

Do you have the latest version of Kleo theme ? If not update those

Do you have the latest version of plugins installed ? If not update those

If you de-activate all plugins excepting BuddyPress/bbPress it works? if yes enable back plugins one by one to identify what causes this.

If you de-activate the child theme it works ?

    Let me know

    Hi,

For changing the wp login url you will have to use this kind of plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-login-url/

The membership restriction panel it’s located under Wp-admin -> Theme Options -> Memberships

    Cheers
