Why only show one post at home blog

Hi, im using the Home Blog, where show the latest post in the homepage, the problem is in the last part of the home, only show one post, i set for 3 post, but in the las line only shows one.

How can i fixed?

The 3 is only for the amount on each row. You need to set a multiple of 3 in Settings > Reading.
