wide image in top image on one page but not working in another

Hi, Can you tell what I am doing wrong, because on one page, I can get the top image to go wide, (like on my damaged site now on a staging server http://staging3.girlsgo.us/change/) or live site, http://girlsgo.us/thrive/, a similar page.

When I try to get the image to go full width on this page http://girlsgo.us/change/ and a few others, I cannot. Are you able to tell me what I am doing wrong to make this image not span the full width or if there is a bug you can fix?  thanks!
