Widget zones unavailable in admin

I just installed the Sweetdate theme but the widget zones (sidebars) aren’t available in the admin > appearance > widgets screen (see attached screenshot).

My functions.php file seems to be OK.

This problem is created probably by an outdated plugin that you might have installed.
Please disable your plugins one by one until you find the one with problems.

But I have no extra plugin (the plugins related to the theme excepted) installed and they all are up-to-date.

Can you share access to your wp admin area so I can give a look ? Did you set up any additional code snippets inside functions.php file ?
