Widgets not displaying in most locations

Dear sir/madam – as you will be able to see in my site at http://smarturbanism.org.uk/testsite/

 

Many of the widgets are not displaying – the shop widgets on the sidebar, and most of the widgets on the bottom – these are widgets that are part of your theme, not third party plugins, and I am using the latest version of your theme and wordpress
