Will not show or cannot edit “buddypress email customize” with child-theme

Hi,

I tried to customize the buddypress email template (admin panel > Mail > Cusomize ), but I cannot access to the page with Child -theme.

I have tried with another website with a Kleo parent theme, it works fine.

Please let me know how I can access to the page with Child theme.
