Women online not working – PUBLIC POST

Hi – i see there is a post on here for women online not working but it seems to be a private post – which means that nobody here can benefit from the answer. SO.. since Im having the same issue Im going to make a public post. (is there any way to make all posts public? there are SOOOO many repeated technical support issues – that all can be easily solved by having the solution public).

Thanks.. so how do I solve the women not showing up on the home page (and likely elsewhere).
