Hi guys,
I have a little store attached to my site (https://greenteacoffeedate.com/shop) and after latest Kleo update + and Woocommerce update, I got a message on my dashboard telling me that some of my Woocommerce files were ovverriden by the Kleo Woocommerce files and I need to update them. The files were:
cart.php
content-product.php
content-single-product.php
Today I decided to update those files and followed these instructions.
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fix-outdated-templates-woocommerce/
After changing those files, I am getting weird display issues, please see attached screenshot. The products that have more than one image are both showing on the shop products page. I have decided to update the entire Woocommerce folder but still the issue persists. So seems like a bug somewhere between theme and Woocommerce?
Secondly, there seems to be an issue with Categories which is affecting both blog posts and products in Woocommerce. When you add a new category, the page doesn’t refresh therefore it doesn’t look like you added it. I tried to add AMWF category. So I ended up with a slug amwf-1 and amwf-2. When I deleted amwf-2 and tried to change amwf-1 to just amwf, it doesn’t update and I’m getting an error saying something went wrong but no explanation. This happened to Woocommerce too so it seems like it’s a site wide Categories issue.
I think these two are related to latest update. Can you please take a look at my site.
Thanks.
Daria

IF you had no make any change to php file in child theme for woocommerce you can delete the wocoomerce folder from child theme or you can rename it for later use and the notice will stop to appears.
If you had made changes to php file it meaning the child theme contains or a outdated php template files or a hardcoded line or file, speak with your coder to review the overwritten templates from child theme and to adapt them like the new php files.
Cheers

Thanks for your answer.
I don’t actually have any Woocommerce files in my child theme, there is only Woocommerce in the main Kleo theme and this is broken after I replaced your old files with new Woocommerce files as per my post above.
Please actually try to look into it and not just give me a brush off answer. I did not ask for the update, it had to be done and now my store is broken. I am a web designer for a living and I do have good working knowledge of how wordpress works. I am not however a programmer and I am not a theme designer so I don’t know what might have caused the glitch.
Also, you need to address the Categories issue I’m having for Woocommerce and Blog. This is also broken after the updates.
Thanks
June 19, 2018 at 17:36 #201249RaduModeratorHi,
I see, in this case revert the changes that you had done (put the theme at the current version again), and wait us to push a new update concerning that.
Cheers
