Hello, it might be a conflict with other plugins, try using only woocommerce and core ones then test again 🙂

Hello, i see all links are broken, somehow their permalinks got redirected to random posts, i think it might be a spam user or script that is breaking your links, the only solution to this is to add a security plugin like ithemes security, analyse and clean the site with another plugin and delete products, categories and create all again when the site is clean and secure, if not, even if you create a product and it works, in some days it will be corrupted

Hi Laura, I did everything you suggested but still the custom-post-type, single-view permalinks i.e product single view and geodirectory listing single view) shows 404 error.Please investigate little more. Thanks.

Hello, did you delete all of them and all spam users ( if you had any )?
If you have nulled plugin, delete them and their files because they are bad for your website security
