De-activate child theme and all plugins except woo commerce and let me know

The site is is production, I cannot do that right now. Let you know what by the way? If they get redirected to the shop dashboard?

This behaviour can be caused also by a setting of a plugin that restricts access to dashboard only to admins.

You can do a test on staging version
