Woocommerce email showing "???'

Hi,

Having issues with Email Order Notifications for woocommerce. Symbols and some characters are not being written properly, resulting in ‘???’. I use Chinese characters. Those non-English characters are all showing ‘???’.

Please kindly help and advise how I may fix this issue. Thank you very much in advance for your kindness!

Hi, no I haven’t tried it because it’s simplified Chinese with local shipping carrier in China. We are using traditional Chinese characters. So, that plugin won’t help. I have used the Woocommerce tranditional Chinese version. It works well. Only the email notifications shows lots of ?????? if it is a traditional Chinese characters. Any idea how to fix it? Thanks a lot!!!
