Woocommerce order not working

I have developed a number of sites using KLEO as the theme with Woocommerce. The latest site I am working is having a problem with the Update Cart button and Place Order Button on the Checkout page. Instead of working it does a search on the query string. see example in private box below:
Is this a known issue and if so, what is the fix?

I can get it to work when I change the theme away from Kleo.
