when I try to activate Woocommerce I no longer access the site in backend.

I set the memory to the maximum for my hosting, 128M.

What can we do?

Hi, I left the error that is related to your problem. You need to talk at your hosting and increase PHP memory limit to recommended 128MB

indeed and the system has exhausted them 134217728 = 128MB
try 256, maybe there are some memory eating plugins in your install
