Woocommerce product image sizes

Hi,

I’ve changed the single product and catalogue image sizes in the woocommerce settings area. on page load the single product image size remains the same but when i click gallery images it reflects the new size. and the catalogue images don’t change to the new size. I’ve also used the regenerate thumbnails plugin – to no avail. Also tried messing with the css.

Some of them are working correctly, but I found one that isn’t (though probably more). It looks like perhaps the regen didnt work on those images. I’m having a hard time connecting to your wp-admin to confirm that you have 600px x 600px Hard Crop set. But if you look at the difference between the ones that are working and the ones that aren’t, the ones that display correctly have an image size of 600px x 600px. The ones that isnt is 282px x 600px. So, what ends up happening is that the image stretches proportionality to fill the width of the image container, thereby making the image taller (431px x 918px).

Could I give you the login details again, because I cannot figure it out. It’s quite tough because we are a fashion site and we are now getting traffic and the bad images are really hurting our conversion rate.

I’d be happy to, but when I try to log into wp-admin, the site times out.

Do this. Find a product that you’re having issues with. Delete the main image and reupload it. See if that solves the issue.

I just tried and it didn’t work.

Really that’s weird because I tried and asked another friend to and it worked.

Not sure what the issue could be.

Looks like you’re running an old version of the theme. Try updating.

I was able to get in, but doesnt stay connected.
