I did a fresh install of Kleo version 4.2 with Kleo Child as active theme and connected to an existing database that was previously working fine and now have the following issues:
1. Home page works but all other page and post links get 404 error, but all pages and posts are in the directory
2. WooCommerce Product Pricing Detail tabs are unresponsive so I cannot make any changes to existing products or add new products
3. WooCommerce Product Images cannot be changed or added – the ‘Set product image’ link no longer opens a popup of the media gallery, rather it redirects to a page (e.g. domain/wp-admin/media-upload.php?post_id=10711&type=image&TB_iframe=1) where save freezes
Please advise.
Thank you

April 10, 2017 at 20:19 #158131RaduModeratorHi,
1. I see for the first problem try to re-save permalinks from wp-admin -> settings- > permalinks -> save changes.
2. Make sure to have latest woo-commerce version check for updates, update it if update it;s available.
3. De-activate all plugins excepting woocommerce + child theme and check again if you are able to make changes to images.
If you still having issues, enable wp debug
Steps to enable wp debug:
- Connect to your server by FTP
- Look in root directory of your WordPress install and open wp-config.php
- Search for define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false ); and change FALSE value to TRUE
COPY CODEdefine( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
- After this line add this:
COPY CODEdefine( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
WP_DEBUG_LOG is a companion to WP_DEBUG that causes all errors to also be saved to a debug.log log file inside the /wp-content/ directory. This is useful if you want to review all notices later or need to view notices generated off-screen (e.g. during an AJAX request or wp-cron run).
Repeat the described actions and then check the debug.log file and let me know what error appears.
If this is useless please try to deactivate additional plugins except Visual Composer, K-elements, BuddyPress, Paid memberships pro and revolution slider.
After you have disabled the plugins try to see if the error persists.
Cheers
