WooCommerce Removal – Any harm?

Hi,

Does it matter if I disable WooCommerce plugin and/or delete it completely?

The reason I’m doing this is because it’s firing admin-ajax.php and slowing down the page load time considerably.

Woocommerc is totally optional and it you should use it only if you plan to sell products on your site.
