WordPress Back-end collapses

Hi there,

We have been facing many problems trying to install this theme. Our two attempts have resulted in our WordPress site + the back-end to crash right after installing and activating the required plug-ins. We have followed the instructions in the video, step by step but don’t get far at all. We even tried to do it from two different hosting accounts thinking that maybe one of them was causing the issue. We need this up a.s.a.p… what can we do to expedite this? The site is Poetrypro.com and if you try Poetrypro.com/wp-admin you will see what I mean.

I had no problem installing the plugins. Maybe there was an issue with your host when you were trying it.
