wordpress does not work

    I installed the theme correctly but EVERY time I try to install woocommerce I get this error and site locks up:
    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 49152 bytes) in /home/sexinindia/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/admin/class-wc-admin-assets.php on line 104

    How do I fix this? I really want woo to work on this theme. cheers Keith
