wordpress failure notice theme upload

Hi there
I purchased Kleo theme last week and read all available materials to install it but it shows wordpress failure notice….uploaded a couple of times with same response….I know about upzipping the major file and installing the theme and child zip but its indeed a challenge

Please I need your help

Hello, you can try uploading the kleo and kleo-child folders to wp-content/themes folder by FTP

I have been able to install the theme but I have new set of challenges and I would need your help

1. The place to show my account indicates follow docs to add profile link….I read through the link, but I don’t seem to understand how to resolve that…..thats for Community and My Account on menu

2. I want a similar page to Homepage Pinterest ….all I want to exclude is the logo and create a sign up tab similar to Facebook for my homepage

3. For updates in the future, I do not understand what it means by API .. I know my user name not the Api

please help with these!

Hello, could you explain a bit more nº1?
Nº2 Do you want to exclude logo from homepage? You can upload the demo file to have all the pages from demo, and use the pinterest homepage as a frontpage in Settings > Reading, for the sign up, do you mean a button? a form?
Nº3 The api is at your themeforest account, go to your profile > Settings and API Keys , that is your key 🙂

I have been able to resolve the challenges….thanks

But each time I check the site on a mobile device, I suppose a different theme is displayed and it gives me a serious bother

It appears like a normal/default WordPress theme

Please help resolve this

Hello, is your mobile website a subdomain? like m.yoursite.com?
Have you tried disabling some plugins?

My mobile site is not a subdomain….and I cant think of any other plugin to disable

What can I do please?

I have seen no response so far with regards my mobile site
I was able in the last couple of days to uninstall some plugins but I still have the same challenges as I showed in the images sent previously

Hi, please go to your Jetpack plugin and disable the Mobile Theme from that plugin, which is overriding our theme.
