WordPress Login Page Label(s)

On the default WordPress login page, how do you change the label, “Username”, to something else? Like “Username or e-mail address”?

I also noticed that on this page the favicon does not show correctly? Any ideas?

About the favicon, try by adding it at Appearance > Customizer at the site identity

That already works (login with e-mail) but how do I make the label say “e-mail Address” instead of username.
