WordPress-to-Lead for Salesforce CRM Configuration

Hello,

I have set up the

WordPress-to-Lead for Salesforce CRM

plug in to the website and have been able to sync new forms directly into salesforce, but the issue I’m having is that once someone completes the form, the direct link doesn’t worry. It should go to our ‘thank you’ page but just refreshes the page with the contact form filled in still, causing people to post multiple enquiries.

 

Please could you help me out?
