WP Baker Page Builder new update has disfigured my site

I just updated wpbaker page builder on my site and now my beautiful site is out of place. containers are gone. magic containers are no longer present. Backgroud images and colors are not visible.

No I don’t have a separate license. I wanted to activate it on a subsite as I use multisite. There was no option to activate except I update. When I clicked update, I saw in its update thread something like “updating via kleo”

I am letting it go for Elementor. I’m not sure it would serve multisite carefully. Don’t want to risk it. Kindly advice on things to watch out for as I do the switch.

I had updated on my local install VC to latest version from wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins and all good nothing breaked.

Hi Radu, thank you. I had to uninstall the elemento plugin and it was fine. But now on my home page, yoast seo is saying I have linked to another page with the same keyword as my home page and I cant seem to locate what page or link that is.

Can you show me the message for that ? Maybe because you had elementor installed and it was somehow a page version for elementor.

I see that but i’m not sure if this it’s a theme issue, so if you will activate any other theme than ours you will see the same right ?
Please ask the seo plugin developer about that think since it’s more related to their product.

The select field on this contact form below has a white background. I want to change it to a dark background so that the text in it can appear. And if possible, change the blue default highlight also to #200020

Ever since I had that elemento issue. I lost the animation effect for my buddypress menu icons. Theyre now too big and not doing that animation effect when you hover on them. Kindly check and assist.

I also just noticed the menu button when viewing the site on mobile view isn’t working properly. When you reduce the site to mobile view and click on menu, the menu just flashes in less than a second.

The booking plugin loads the bootstrap library over theme one’s to can fix that you will have to disable the bootstrap library from loading from plugin page options. if the plugin doesn’t have this option please ask the plugin author about this they will provide a snippet or something

I asked Kieren this question and I’m not to clear with his answer. Kindly advise. Here it is.

I have been building a good community site with the Kleo theme. Its a full career management with wordpress multisite activated. Members can create their own website, have courses to go through. Site also serves as a job site with the use of wp job manager, members can build a professional resume on their profile page, other members can post jobs to hire for freelance, short-terms, full time etc. It also as an affiliate functionality and lots more.

As far as membership activities and functionality is concerned I have ensured they are all integrated to be done one buddypress. I am now thinking of creating an app for android and IOS users. I’m not am app guru. In fact I dont know where to start.

Would you strongly recommend I change from Kloe to BuddyApp to start with? Whats the benefit of BuddyApp over Kleo considering my desire to create an App out of my multi functional membership site on Adroid and IOS. Keep in mind, I’m doing it all by myself.

I see, i’m not sure what to advise yout since you know better than mine what you have there and what exacly you need, maybe you will have to compare them in mobile view to see which it’s fit better for your needs.

Both of them has the same core wp+buddypress excepting buddyapp that was created mobile first, anuway they are behaving nicely on cross devices from now you will have to decide which one you will use.

From what i know when you developt a iphone app there should be done on a certain way not like an addriod web app using a webview embeding the actual mobile view.

So do some tests on mobile view and chosse.
