WP Bakery backend editor not working suddenly  – cant access backend WP Bakery editor…only front end

Previously working fine as normally would

Now unusable – plugin looks fine

no, that wasn’t the solution. It was the new WordPress built in editor that was disabling the WP Bakery page builder backend editor…apparently its a commonly known issue…just took me a while to search on google myself…had to install a plugin called Classic Editor to get it all working again.

Hi,

WP Bakery have already issued a fix for this in their latest version which we have made available to you. Please go to WP Admin > Appearance > Install Plugins and install the updated for WP Bakery (5.6).

Once you have done so please disable the Classic Editor plugin and check again to see if the issue has been resolved for you.
