WP_Widget Depreciation in 4.3

Hello,

Since updating to WordPress 4.3, I get this error message at the top of my screen in dashboard and on the main site.

instead. in /home/sites/giantari.com/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3457
Notice: The called constructor method for WP_Widget is deprecated since version 4.3.0! Use __construct()

I have deactivated all plugins but nothing changes leaving only the theme as the issue.

Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
