    I have purchased kleo them few days ago and I have a problem with WPBakery Page Builder .

     

    The backend editor does not save my changes . After pressing the save button it remains idle and all I can do is cancel.

     

    The frontend editor as well as classic mode seems to be working fine.

     

    I haven’t use any plugins except those coming with the theme and all are updated and I even tried a clean install.

     

    Any thoughts?

    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us about WP Bakery, I logged into your site and found there was a pending update for WP Bakery in Appearance > Install Plugins. I have updated the plugin for you and created a test page (draft), I was able to save a WP Bakery element via the backend and then save the post as a draft and it kept the element I had created.

    Please clear your wesbite cache, any CDN services and purge your local cache (Ctrl+F5) whilst in the WP Admin to see any changes.

    Let me know if this issue continues for you or not.

    On a side note you have a pending update for Revolution Slider in Appearance > Install Plugins which you may wish to take.
