WPML Home page

Hi,

I recently started suing WPML on my website and I noticed that the link for Home page(front page) is :

http://www.newgenpayments.com/, whereas the link for the translated home page is

http://www.newgenpayments.com/home?lang=nl.

When we click on language other than English, it is redirected towards a blank blog post. How can we change language without changing the link?
