I recently purchased your theme for a client to setup dating website. Even though I am veteran WP user, I am struggling to configure your theme with other integrating plugins. I am disappointed in your documentation and support. First of all your only one support video for Sweetdate theme is audioless. Come on guys. In that you covered the obvious but you have not given us categorized support. For example:
– Where is the help video for setting home page, pages, etc
– where is the support video for configuring Buddypress
– Where is the support video for configuring Paidmembership pro plugin – Yes, you need to provide that since it is one of the core plugin you integrating into your plugin to enhance its functionality
– where is the support video for woocommerce- here you don’t have to create one just get from Youtube and link to your support so that your customers can get it from one place.
Where is your FAQ for the theme.It is obvious that you have invested heavily in marketing but neglected the most crucial aspect business sustainability – support. You don’t have to go too far to find out your friends (Avada and X-themes) provide the best customer support and their themes are #1 and 2 on Themeforest. if you have enough documentation your actual support load will be reduced. But now you are struggling to offer support – making us wait upto 48 hours or longer. Even then the answers you provide is so inferior customers are complaining. This is crazy. If you can’t support don’t create too many themes.
By the way I have yet to ask you for help but I am trying not to unless I have to because I am seeing others cry for help without success.
You have great product but inferior support. These will eventually kill your product or competition will kill it.Wake up and do a better job. You are not taking the opportunity to really dominate WordPress based dating site by making your theme the best in support and functionality. But YOU ARE NOT.
Sorry for being harsh on you but I am stating the really.

Thanks for your valuable feedback.
In fact we are rewriting the actual documentation and making it more clear and working on some Video tutorials too.
Related to the support given here on the site I think we help users and not just for basic theme configuration and we try to keep people happy.We appreciate your thoughts and will review the points you suggested for improvement.
