You never resolved my issue

Hello, it has been a week and you have ignored my issue. The demo would not install correctly and the menu does not show up. The one response you gave me three days after I posted the question did not resolve the issue and I replied back stating that, which you ignored. It has been nearly a full week and my project is still stalled because you have not helped me. I would like a refund on the $30 I paid for support if I am not going to get support please.

Hello, I still have not received any other suggestions from you or any more help. The demo will not install correctly because the menu does not show. Without the menu, I am not sure whether anything on the demo installed other than the slider. I need the demo installed please. I have done all of the suggestions. If I can’t receive support I should receive a refund for the money that I paid for support.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the menus and I built them myself (they do not install already put together for some reason). So the menu problem is solved but I still have other issues.
